The historic Ghost Building, at 800 18th St., is under contract to be purchased by the joint venture between Wynkoop Holdings Inc. and Breckenridge Holding Co., parent companies of Wynkoop Brewing Co. and the Breckenridge Brewery.

The 1889-built building is being sold by Denver attorney Frances Koncilja, whose law firm will remain the third floor tenant, said Wynkoop CEO Lee Driscoll, who declined to divulge the purchase price.

The historic building was most recently in the news when long-time tenant The Rocky Mountain Diner lost its lease and closed.
